Education

Holder of a Master II "International and European Environmental Law" (2016 - Aix-Marseille University) and a Master I "Public Law" (2015 - Toulouse I Capitole University), Paul Brette joined ATMOS AVOCATS in January 2020 and was sworn in in March 2021.

Areas of practice

Paul Brette has acquired a solid experience in environmental law and public law thanks to his professional experiences as a lawyer in environmental law within an industrial group in the air transport sector and within an employers' union gathering small and medium-sized companies in the industrial refrigeration sector.

Paul Brette deals with a wide range of cases. His principal activity is devoted to environmental law (ICPE/environmental authorizations, waste, chemicals, energy, circular economy, etc.), general public law and construction law, both as counsel and in litigation, before the administrative, civil and criminal courts.
