Sophia Faddaoui

Sophia Faddaoui advises and assists companies, local authorities, individuals and associations on issues related to environmental law, urban planning law and energy law.

She joined Atmos Avocats in February 2022 after a first collaboration within a law firm specialized in environmental and energy law.

AREAS OF PRACTICE

Sophia Faddaoui advises and litigates in environmental law (ICPE, polluted sites and soils, biodiversity, etc.) on behalf of companies, public entities, associations and individuals.

Her multidisciplinary background also allows her to handle cases involving urban planning and energy law.

She is a lecturer in administrative law at the University of Nanterre Paris X.

EDUCATION

Sophia Faddaoui holds a Master II in environmental and urban planning law (2018 - University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and Paris II Panthéon-Assas) and a Master I in public law (2017- University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne).
She has acquired experience in urban planning and environmental law through internships in the legal department of a large company as well as in several law firms.
