EDUCATION

Julie Lovera holds a Master II in Public Litigation from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2020) and a Master II in Public Business Law from the University of Paris-Saclay (2019).

She joined Atmos Avocats in January 2023 as a student lawyer, then worked as a jurist before being sworn in at the beginning of 2024.

AREAS OF PRACTICE

Julie Lovera advises both public and private sector actors, providing legal counsel (consultation, drafting of legal documents) as well as handling litigation (remedies), primarily in the fields of public law : administrative law, public property, public contracts, administrative liability...

Her public law training and experience in administrative courts, a local authority, law firms and in the legal department of a public transport company, have enabled her to develop solid skills in administrative law and public business law, particularly in the field of public contracts.

In addition, Julie Lovera gained experience with the administrative procedure as a legal assistant at the Administrative Court of Paris.

She is also involved in urban planning law (urban preemption rights, urban planning permits) and construction law.
