Julien Girard

After being legal director of a multinational group for many years, Julien Girard joined ATMOS Avocats (formerly Selarl Huglo Lepage et Associés) as a partner.

Publications

Julien Girard is the co-author of the commentaries on the Environmental Code and the Code of Administrative Justice (Ed. Lexis Nexis) and the author of an annual column on CSR in the journal Droit de l'environnement. In addition to writing numerous articles in specialized journals, he is also an author of the Dictionnaire des risques (Armand Colin).

Teaching

Julien Girard is a former lecturer at the Ecole des Mines de Paris and a former member of the pedagogical committee of the International Specialized Master's Degree (Ecole des Mines de Paris/Beijing University/University of Pennsylvania).
