François Braud
François Braud advises large industrial groups and small and medium-sized companies in public business law, urban planning and environmental law, mainly in litigation.
Since January 2008, François Braud has been a partner of ATMOS Avocats (formerly known as Selarl Huglo Lepage et Associés until December 31, 2017).
His expertise in urban planning (litigation of urban planning authorisations and evolution of PLU, SCOT, contractual arrangements, etc.) and environmental law (law on classified facilities, waste law, law on polluted sites and soils) enables him to advise professionals, artisans or industrialists - particularly in the waste treatment and sanitation sector -, real estate developers, planners or local authorities, by always taking into account the interactions between these different legislations.
His activity leads him to defend the interests of his clients during litigation in the field of public economic law and in the area of public contracts (call for tenders, pre-contractual summary proceedings, Tarn et Garonne appeal, termination, transaction, penalties, additional works, execution, long administrative leases, transfer of land with encumbrance).
He assists small and medium-sized businesses in the day-to-day life of their operating or production sites, specifically integrating land and construction issues in their relations with local and national administrations.
In addition to his recognised expertise in public law litigation, François Braud's services are appreciated in criminal law for litigation relating to pollution or urban planning violations.
