Ida Empain
In 2011, Ida Empain joined the Paris office of ATMOS Avocats (formerly known as Selarl Huglo Lepage et Associés until December 31, 2017) as a jurist.
She also handles cases involving urban planning law, public property rights, industrial risks and public liability.
The central part of her activity consists of assisting companies in designing their projects on a legal and strategic level. She assists them in the context of compliance procedures and voluntary procedures (lobbying for eco-innovation, interested third-party procedures, etc.).
Her multidisciplinary training allows her to take an integrated approach to the files, which she secures in collaboration with the research departments.
She is the author of the commentaries of the environmental code devoted to environmental authorization and the prevention and repair of environmental damage (Ed. LexisNexis).
She offers a legal watch adapted to clients' needs.
She has already provided training on environmental assessments (École des Ponts).
