Marie GEMAEHLING
Marie Gemaehling advises and defends the interests of companies, public authorities, associations and private individuals, mainly in environmental and urban planning law.
Trained in public and in international law, Marie Gemaehling gained experience through internships and as an associate in law firms specializing in environmental and urban planning law, as well as several years as a legal officer in the legal department of a national public establishment in charge of the management of natural areas and the State's land property.
These experiences have enabled her to deal with a wide range of issues from a variety of legal angles, to develop a well-rounded approach to matters and an understanding of clients' operational challenges.

She is also a graduate of the Professional Training School of the Paris Court of Appeal (CAPA, 2019) and was sworn in on November 3, 2022 before the Paris Court of Appeal.

EDUCATION
Marie Gemaehling holds a Master's degree in International and European Law and a Master's degree in Comparative European Public Law, both from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.She is also a graduate of the Professional Training School of the Paris Court of Appeal (CAPA, 2019) and was sworn in on November 3, 2022 before the Paris Court of Appeal.
