Brice Crottet
Brice Crottet advises and defends the interests of small and medium-sized businesses, large industrial and commercial groups, public entities, individuals and associations on all issues of urban planning law.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2016, Brice Crottet joined ATMOS Avocats as an associate in August 2018. He works mainly under the direction of François Braud and Alexandre Moustardier.
He is also a graduate of the Professional Training School of the Paris Court of Appeal (CAPA, 2014).
His primary practice area is urban planning law: planning, land use permits, and land development.
His practice covers also the legal and operational issues raised by the setting up of complex real estate operations, whether it involves dealing with issues relating to their establishment (single real estate complex, land divisions, etc.), the articulation of the various laws (single environmental authorizations, commercial exploitation authorizations, urban planning law, etc.) or the preparation and audit of urban planning authorization files.
Above all, he works on commercial urban planning issues, including preparing and auditing applications for commercial operating permits and building permits with commercial authorizations and the defence of authorizations obtained before the National Commission for Commercial Development (NCCD) and the administrative courts of appeal.
Brice Crottet handles a wide variety of cases, as do the firm's clients, including companies and various economic players, local authorities, individuals and associations.
These interventions include legal advice and the whole contentious and pre-litigious treatment of the cases delegated to him, i.e., the development of litigation strategies, the search for amicable solutions, the referral to the courts, the drafting of pleadings the representation before the courts and in judicial expertise.

Education
Brice Crottet holds a doctorate in public law and is the author of a thesis on "The World Trade Organization and the protection of public health" (2010 - University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas) and a DEA in Public International Law (2004 - University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas).He is also a graduate of the Professional Training School of the Paris Court of Appeal (CAPA, 2014).
