EDUCATION
Johanne Pinot holds a Master II in Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (2021 - Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas) and a Master I in International Law (2020 - Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne). She also earned two University degrees: in Applied Languages - Common Law (2020 - Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne) and in European Law (2018 - Université de Strasbourg), and studied law for a year at King's College London (2018/2019).She joined Atmos Avocats in January 2023 initially as a trainee lawyer, and then as a paralegal before being sworn in at the beginning of the year 2024.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Johanne Pinot gained expertise in environmental and urban planning law through several internships. She worked at the CNCDH (Commission Nationale Consultative des Droits de l'Homme), on cases involving environmental law, climate justice and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). She was part of the association « Entreprises et Droits de l'Homme », which helps companies implementing their duty of care. During her first internship at a law firm, she worked with lawyers specialised in environmental and urban planning law.She is proficient in industrial environmental law, waste law, energy law, urban planning law, and contract law, as well as administrative, civil and criminal litigation.
