He advises a client base comprising developers, construction companies, insurers, property management companies and institutional clients, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation. He is involved at every stage of property transactions, from the construction phase through to the resolution of defects, judicial expert assessments and litigation before the civil and commercial courts.
A member of the Paris Bar, Ouran DAUBER joined Atmos Avocats as an associate in March 2026, following an initial stint at a firm specialising in construction and property law.
He has gained experience through various professional and voluntary roles, which have enabled him to deal with a wide range of issues and to develop a sound understanding of his clients’ operational challenges.

He holds a University Diploma in Property and Construction Law (University of Paris II – Panthéon-Assas – 2023) and a Master’s I and Master’s II in Business and Corporate Risk Law (Catholic University of Lille – 2021).
A holder of the CAPA qualification, he was sworn in in January 2025 before the Paris Court of Appeal.
